Alvera shipping is designed around freshness, discretion, and presentation integrity.

1. Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom assortments, seasonal collections, and limited releases may require extended preparation.

During peak gifting seasons, processing times may increase.

2. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across the United States.

Shipping rates, service levels, and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once shipped, delivery is managed by third-party carriers. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees.

3. Packaging Standards

Every Alvera order is:

• Quality-checked
• Secured for freshness
• Designed for presentation
• Protected for transit

Temperature-sensitive orders may be insulated where required.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is handed to the carrier:

• Alvera is not responsible for carrier delays
• Address accuracy becomes the customer’s responsibility
• Re-shipping costs may apply

We strongly recommend shipping to secure addresses.

5. Seasonal & Environmental Conditions

Extreme weather may impact freshness or transit times. Alvera may temporarily suspend shipments to protect product quality.
